Terms and Conditions

Redemption: HealthifyMe Gift Cards are redeemable for products and services listed on the HealthifyMe website. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used for purchases outside of our platform.
Purchase and Delivery: Gift Cards are available for purchase online and will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure the email address is entered correctly.
Expiry: Expiry: HealthifyMe Gift Cards have a 6-month expiration date.
Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who redeems the gift card code at checkout.
Multiple Uses: If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid using another payment method. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be available for future use.
Lost or Stolen Cards: HealthifyMe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card code as cash.
Refunds: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law.
Fraud: HealthifyMe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any Gift Card purchase or redemption if there is any suspicion of fraud, unauthorized activity, or any violation of these terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms: HealthifyMe reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
