This Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
This Gift Card is NOT VALID for online purchase i.e. can not be redeemed on VMART app or www.vmartretail.com
Gift card Redemption is not allowed for FMCG / Kirana sales
This Gift Card CANNOT be exchanged for cash or cheque or credit note or gift cards
This Gift Card CANNOT be revalidated once it is expired
No other offers, discounts, promotions and loyalty points are valid with this deal
This Gift Card is non-refundable and non-returnable
In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer in cash or by card
VMRL will NOT be liable to issue another card in case this card is lost be the customer
VMRL shall NOT be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card
The holder of this card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it.
In case of return of any or all items purchased using a card, the standard return policy of VMRL will be applicable
Any liability raised by the customer or gift-card bearer is limited to the liability of the gift-card value
